Urban Cannibals Bodega & Bites is a neighborhood general store located in East Atlanta is the collaborative effort and brainchild of Chef Calavino Donati and Artist/Activist Doria Roberts. The shop features organic, conventional and specialty foods & products, along with artisanal sandwiches, soups, sauces and baked goods.
Troy will be at the EAV Farmers Market once a month to sharpen knives and edge tools. He treat your knives as one of your kitchen’s greatest assets. All sharpening done by hand on Japanese water stones.
Westside Creamery churns small batch artisanal ice cream and sorbet that is hand-crafted using the most virtuous ingredients they can find. Each small batch of “farm to bowl” ice cream is made with loving care using fruits and herbs plucked from local farms, and milk generously provided by Georgia dairy cows.
Zocalo Salsas is a family owned business that specializes in hand-crafted salsa and tamales, made daily with fresh and natural ingredients grown by local farmers. Zocalo Salsa does not add any preservatives.
